Example 1: Your trading volume during a month on standard account is 3200 lots (USD currency). This is the «Expert» level. The Rebate to be transferred to your account on the first day of the next month will be 3200 * $2 = 6400 USD.

مثال 1: إذا بلغ حجم تداولاتك خلال احد الأشهر في الحساب القياسي 3200 عقد (عملة الدولار الأمريكي). وكنت تعمل تحت مستوى «Expert». سيتم تحويل الحسم إلى حسابك في اليوم الأول من الشهر القادم والذي سيبلغ حينها 3200 * 2$ = 6400 دولار أمريكي.

Example 2: Your trading volume during a month on cent accounts is 8000 cent lots (USD currency). This is the «Expert» level. The Rebate to be transferred to your account on the first day of the next month will be 8000 * 0.5 = 4000 cent USD or 40 USD.

شروط العمل	TERMS OF BUSINESS
1.   أحكام عامة	1. General Provisions
1.1  ساعات عمل الشركة هي على النحو التالي: 24 ساعة يوميا, من الاثنين, 00.00.01 بتوقيت أوربا الشرقية  (EET) إلى الجمعة, 11.59.59 مساءا . (EET) للعملاء الحق في القيام بأوامر التداول خلال ساعات عمل الشركة الرسمية فقط.	1.1 The working hours of the Company are as follows: 24 hours a day, from Monday, 00.00.01 a.m. Eastern European Time (EET), to Friday, 11.59.59 p.m. EET. Client has the right to make orders only during the working hours of the Company.
2.1 للعميل الحق في القيام بأوامر التداول التالية: فتح مركز مالي, إغلاق مركز مالي, وضع أمر وقف, تعديل أو حذف أمر الوقف.	1.2 Client has the right to make the following orders: to open position, to close position, to place stop order, to modify or to delete stop order.
3.1 أوامر العملاء لفتح مركز تداول, لإغلاق مركز تداول, لوضع أمر وقف, لتعديل أو حذف أمر الوقف يتعين القيام بها من خلال محطة العميل.	1.3 Client’s orders to open position, to close position, to place stop order, to modify or to delete stop order should be made through Client’s terminal.
4.1  يستغرق تنفيذ أمر العميل فترة تتراوح ما بين 1 – 3 ثانية. في حال اختلاف أوضاع السوق عن الأوضاع الطبيعية, فان الوقت اللازم لتنفيذ أمر العميل قد يستغرق فترة أطول.	1.4 The time of Client’s order execution makes 1-3 seconds. In case market situation differs from normal, the time of Client’s order execution can be increased.
5.1 بالنسبة لحسابات Pro-Cent, Pro-Standard و Pro-ECN فان أسعار الاسبريد المنصوص عليها في مواصفات العقد, تكون ثابتة  وتعتمد على ظروف السوق.	1.5 For accounts Pro-Cent, Pro-Standard and Pro-ECN spread specified in the contract specifications, is not a fixed and depends on the market conjuncture.
6.1 بالنسبة لحسابات Fix-Cent و Fix-Standard فان أسعار الاسبريد المنصوص عليها في مواصفات العقد, تكون ثابتة, ولكن يمكن زيادتها في الفترة ما بين 22:00 إلى 06:00 بتوقيت الخادم.	1.6 For accounts Fix-Cent and Fix-Standard spread specified in the contract specifications, is a fixed, but can be increased from 22:00 to 06:00 server time.
7.1 معاملات الشراء يتعين القيام بها عند سعر السؤال. معاملات البيع يتعين القيام بها عند سعر العطاء.	1.7 Transactions to buy should be made at Ask price. Transactions to sell should be made at Bid price.
8.1 يتعين فتح أوامر الشراء (اللونج) عند سعر السؤال كما يتم إغلاقها عند سعر العطاء. مراكز البيع (الشورت) يتم فتحها عند سعر العطاء وإغلاقها عند سعر السؤال.	1.8 Long positions should be opened at Ask price and closed at Bid price. Short positions should be opened at Bid price and closed at Ask price.
9.1 بالنسبة لحسابات Fix-cent و Fix-Standard يتم استخدام طريقة "التنفيذ الفوري" .	1.9 For Fix-cent accounts and Fix-Standard accounts, the “Instant Execution” regime is used.
بالنسبة لحسابات Pro-Standard و Pro-ECN يتم استخدام نظام "تنفيذ السوق".	For Pro-cent, Pro-Standard and Pro-ECN accounts, the “Market Execution” regime is used.
10.1 عند فتح مركز التداول, يقوم العميل بإيداع هامش تتوقف قيمته على الرافعة المالية المتاحة في حساب العميل.	1.10 When opening position, Client should deposit a Margin, the value of which depends on leverage available to Client.
11.1 للشركة الحق في تغيير الرافعة المالية في حال عدم توافق رصيد الحساب مع شروط الرافعة المالية على النحو التالي:	1.11 The Company has the right to change leverage in case the trading account balance does not comply with the leverage conditions. At that:
1.11.1 في حال كان رصيد الحساب اقل من 100.000$ فان الرافعة المالية المقبولة ستكون عند 1:500؛	1.11.1 In case the balance makes less than $100.000 the admissible leverage makes 1:500;
2.11.1 في حال كان الرصيد يتراوح ما بين 100.000$ إلى 1.000.000$ فان الرافعة المالية ستكون عند  1:200؛	1.11.2 In case the balance makes from $100.000 to $1.000.000 the admissible leverage makes 1:200;
3.11.1 في حال تجاوز الرصيد 1.000.000$ فان الرافعة المالية تكون عند 1:100.	1.11.3 In case the balance exceeds $1.000.000 the admissible leverage makes 1:100.

12.1 كافة الأوامر التي يتم فتحها ما بين 11.59.30 مساءا إلى 11.59.59 مساءا بتوقيت الخادم, يتعين نقلها دون عقبات إلى اليوم التالي.	1.12 All the positions opened from 11.59.30 p.m. to 11.59.59 p.m., server time, should be without fail transferred to the next day.
13.1  في حال نقل المراكز المالية المفتوحة إلى اليوم التالي, يتم تقاضي رسوم تخزين (swap). قد يكون السواب موجبا أو سالبا. قيمة رسوم التخزين (swap) لكل صك مالي يتم النص عليها في مواصفات العقد.	1.13 In case of transferring open positions to the next day, storage (swap) is charged. It can be both, positive and negative. Storage (swap) value for each instrument is specified in contract specification.
14.1عند التعامل مع أسهم CFD والعقود الآجلة, يتم تقاضي عمولة على فتح مراكز التداول. قيمة العمولة يكون منصوص عليها في مواصفات العقد.	1.14 When dealing with CFD shares and futures, commission is charged for opening positions. Commission value is specified in contract specification.
15.1 في حال كان لدى العميل مركز شورت مفتوح (بيع) على سهم CFDs, والذي تم في تاريخ سابق على توزيع الأرباح, يتم خصم مبلغ التسوية. أساس حساب تسوية توزيع الأرباح هو توزيع واحد لكل سهم.	1.15 In case if a client has open short position (Sell) for share CFDs, which takes place on the exdividend date, the adjustment amount is deducted. The basis for calculation of the dividend adjustment is one dividend per share.
2.  لفتح / إغلاق مركز التداول	2. To Open/Close position
1.2 كي يتمكن العميل من فتح مركز تداول, يتعين عليه تحديد اسم الصك المالي ومبلغ المعاملة. كي يتمكن العميل من إغلاق مركز التداول, يتعين عليه تحديد رقم الأمر.	2.1 In an order to open position, Client should specify the name of instrument and the amount of transaction. In an order to close position, Client should specify the order number.
2.2 عند تلقي أمر التداول, يتم فحص حساب التداول للتحقق من الأصول المتوفرة (الهامش المتاح).	2.2 When an order is received, trading account will be checked for available assets (Free Margin).
في حال كان الهامش المبدئي و / أو الهامش المتحوط لمركز التداول الذي سيتم فتحه يتجاوز الهامش المتاح في حساب التداول, سيحصل العميل على رسالة الرفض "لا توجد أموال كافية".	In case the initial margin and/or hedged margin for an position to be opened exceeds free margin in trading account, Client will get a denial with comment “Not enough money”.
3.2 بعد تلقي أمر العميل, يقوم الخادم بوضعه في قائمة الانتظار لمعالجته. عندما يتم وضع الأمر في قائمة الانتظار, يجرى إبلاغ العميل حول ذلك من خلال رسالة "تم قبول الأمر" . طالما ظل الأمر بانتظار التنفيذ في قائمة الانتظار, فان للعميل الحق في إلغائه.	2.3 After receipt of a Client’s order, the server enqueues it for processing. When an order is enqueued, Client is acknowledged about it by message “Order is accepted”. When an order is waiting for executing in a queue, client has the right to cancel it.
4.2 بمجرد أن يترك الأمر قائمة الانتظار نحو التنفيذ, يتم إبلاغ العميل بذلك بواسطة رسالة من الخادم" الأمر قيد المعالجة" . في هذه الحالة لا يمكن للعميل إلغاء الأمر طالما تم قبوله للتنفيذ.	2.4 Just when an order leaves a queue for executing, Client is acknowledged by message from server “Order is in process”. Client can not cancel the order in case it has been accepted for execution.
5.2 في عملية التنفيذ الفوري لأمر العميل, يتم مقارنة السعر الظاهر في عرض الأسعار مع السعر الحالي. في حال كان السعر الحالي يختلف عن السعر الموضح في أمر التداول, سيتم اقتراح سعر جديد مصحوبا بالتعليق "إعادة تسعير". في حال عدم قبول العميل للأمر الجديد خلال 3 ثواني, سيتم اعتبار المعاملة ملغاة.	2.5 In process of Instant Execution of Client’s order, the price quoted in the order is compared with the current price. In case the current price differs from the price quoted in the order, a new price will be proposed with comment “Requote”. In case Client does not accept the new price within 3 seconds, it will be considered that the transaction is cancelled.
6.2 في حالة تنفيذ السوق, فان تنفيذ أمر العميل سيتم عند السعر الحالي في لحظة تنفيذ الأمر.	2.6 In case of Market Execution, execution of Client’s order will be made at the current price at the moment of order execution.
7.2 كافة أوامر العملاء يتم تسجيلها في ملف سجل الخادم من خلال إنشاء السجلات المناسبة.	2.7 All Clients’ orders are registered in the server’s log-file by making appropriate records.
8.2 أمر العميل لفتح مركز تداول يتم اعتباره منفذا ويعتبر المركز المالي مفتوحا بعد إنشاء سجل ملائم في ملف سجل الملقم.	2.8 A Client’s order to open position is considered to be executed and an position is considered to be opened after an appropriate record has been made in the server’s log-file.
9.2 أمر العميل لإغلاق مركز تداول يتم اعتباره منفذا ويعتبر المركز المالي مفتوحا بعد إنشاء سجل ملائم في ملف سجل الملقم.	2.9 A Client’s order to close position is considered to be executed, and an position is considered to be closed after an appropriate record has been made in the server’s log-file.
10.2 سيتم رفض طلب العميل لإغلاق مركز التداول في حال استلام هذا الأمر في اللحظة التي يكون مركز التداول فيها خاضعا لتنفيذ أوامر وقف الخسارة أو اخذ الربح. في هذه الحالة, يتلقي العميل رسالة “Off quotes”.	2.10 A Client’s order to close position will be declined in case at the moment of its receipt the position is under Stop Loss or Take Profit execution. At that, Client receives message “Off quotes”.

3. أوامر الوقف	3. Stop Orders
1.3 للعميل الحق في وضع أوامر الوقف التالية:	3.1 Clint has the right to place the following stop orders:
1.1.3 شراء الوقف – هو أمر لفتح مركز لونج, عندما يكون سعر السؤال المستقبلي مساويا لقيمة معينة. في هذه الحالة, فان مستوى السعر الحالي يكون اقل من القيمة المحددة في الأمر.	3.1.1 Buy Stop – an order to open long exposure, when future price Ask is equal to a specified value. At that, the current price level is lower than the value of specified order.
2.1.3 شراء الوقف – هو أمر لفتح مركز شورت, عندما يكون سعر العطاء المستقبلي مساويا لقيمة محددة. في هذه الحالة, فان مستوى السعر الحالي يكون أعلى من القيمة المحددة في الأمر.	3.1.2 Sell Stop – an order to open short exposure, when future price Bid is equal to a specified value. At that, the current price level is higher than the value of specified order.
3.1.3 شراء الحد – هو أمر لفتح مركز لونج, عندما يكون سعر السؤال المستقبلي مساويا لقيمة محددة. في هذه الحالة, فان السعر الحالي يكون أعلى من السعر المحدد في الأمر.	3.1.3 Buy Limit – an order to open long position, when future price Ask is equal to a specified value. At that, the current price is higher than the price specified in the order.
4.1.3 بيع الحد – هو أمر لفتح مركز شورت عندما يكون سعر العطاء المستقبلي مساويا لقيمة محددة. في هذه الحالة, فان مستوى السعر الحالي يكون اقل من القيمة المحددة في الأمر.	3.1.4 Sell Limit – an order to open short position, when future price Bid is equal to as pecified value. At that, the current price level is lower than the value of specified order.
5.1.3 وقف الخسارة – هو أمر لإغلاق مركز تداول, عندما يكون السعر المستقبلي مساويا لقيمة محددة.	3.1.5 Stop Loss – an order to close position, when future price is equal to a specified value.
يهدف هذا الأمر إلى الحد من الخسائر في حال كان سعر الصك المالي بدأ في التحرك نحو الخسارة. يكون هذا النوع من الأوامر مرتبطا عادة مع مركز مفتوح أو أمر وقف. يتم استخدام سعر العطاء للتحقق من شروط هذا الأمر مع مراكز اللونج, بينما يستخدم سعر السؤال - مع مراكز الشورت.	This order is purposed to minimize losses in case the price of financial instrument has started to move towards loss. Such an order is always associated with open position or stop order. Bid price is used to check condition of this order for long position, and Ask price – for short positions.
6.1.3 اخذ الربح – هو أمر لإغلاق مركز تداول, عندما يكون السعر المستقبلي مساويا لقيمة محددة.	3.1.6 Take Profit – an order to close position, when future price is equal to a specified value.
يهدف أمر اخذ الربح إلى جني الأرباح عندما يصل سعر الأداة المالية إلى المستوى المستهدف. تطبيق هذا الأمر يؤدي إلى إغلاق مركز التداول. وهو يرتبط دائما مع مركز مفتوح أو أمر وقف. يستخدم سعر العطاء في التحقق من توفر شروط هذا الأمر مع مراكز اللونج, بينما يستخدم سعر السؤال - مع مراكز الشورت.	Take Profit is purposed for getting profit, when price of financial tool reaches a forecast level. Application of this order brings to position close. It is always associated with open position or with stop order. Bid price is used to check condition of this order for long positions, and Ask price – for short positions.
2.3 للعميل الحق في إرفاق أوامر وقف الخسارة و/أو اخذ الربح إلى أوامر شراء الوقف, بيع الوقف, شراء الحد وبيع الحد. بعد تفعيل أمر الوقف, يتم إرفاق أوامر وقف الخسارة واخذ الربح الخاصة به أليا إلى المركز المفتوح.	3.2 Client has the right to attach the orders Stop Loss and/or Take Profit to the orders Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit and Sell Limit. After Stop order triggering, its Stop Loss and Take Profit orders will be automatically attached to an open position.
3.3 أوامر وقف الخسارة واخذ الربح لا تنطبق إلا على المراكز المفتوحة فيما لا تطبق على أوامر الوقف.	3.3 Stop Loss and Take Profit are applicable only to open position and are not applicable to stop orders.
4. وضع أوامر الوقف	4. Placing Stop Orders
1.4 في حال قيام العميل بوضع أمر وقف, سيتعين عليه تحديد ما يلي	4.1. In a direction to place stop order, Client should specify the following:
4. 1. 1 المعلمات الإجبارية: الصك المالي, الحجم, نوع الأمر (شراء الوقف, بيع الوقف, شراء الحد, بيع الحد) مستوى السعر؛	4.1.1 Compulsory parameters: instrument, volume, order type (Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit, Sell Limit), price level;
2.1.4  المعلمات الاختيارية: المستوى السعري لأخذ الربح, المستوى السعري لوقف الخسارة, وقت تشغيل أمر الوقف؛	4.1.2 Optional parameters: Take Profit price level, Stop Loss price level, operation time of stop order;

2.4 سيتم رفض أمر الوقف في حالة الإدخال الخاطئ لأي من المعلمات الاختيارية أو الإجبارية:	4.2 A stop order will be denied in case of wrong input of compulsory or optional parameters.
3.4 سيتم رفض أمر الوقف في حال كان مستوى السعر المحدد في الأمر غير متوافق مع شرط "مستوىات الحد والوقف".	4.3 A stop order will be denied in case a price level in the order does not comply with condition “Limit & Stop Levels”.
4.4 يفترض شرط "مستوىات الحد والوقف" انه لا يمكن وضع أمر الوقف اقرب من حد أدنى من النقاط في مقابل السعر الحالي. قيم "مستوىات الحد والوقف" لكل صك يتم تحديدها في مواصفات العقد.	4.4 Condition “Limit & Stop Levels” assumes that stop order can not be placed closer than within a minimal number of points against current price. The values of “Limit & Stop Levels” for each instrument are specified in the Contract Specifications.
5.4 للشركة الحق في تغيير قيم "مستوىات الحد والوقف" لكل صك مالي وفق إعلانات جديدة.	4.5 The Company has the right to change the values of “Limit & Stop Levels» for each instrument in the course of news announcement.
6.4 اتجاه العميل لوضع أمر من المفترض ان يتم تنفيذه ومن المفترض ان يتم وضع الأمر بعد إنشاء سجل ملائم في ملف سجل الملقم.	4.6 The Client’s direction to place an order is assumed to be executed and an order is assumed to be placed after an appropriate record is made in the server’s log-file.
5. تعديل وإلغاء أوامر الوقف	5. Modification and Delete of Stop Orders
1.5 لتعديل أوامر شراء الوقف, بيع الوقف, شراء الحد وبيع الحد, يتعين على العميل تحديد مستوى السعر, قيمة اخذ الربح وقيمة وقف الخسارة.	5.1 To modify the orders Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit and Sell Limit, Client should specify price level, Take Profit value and Stop Loss value.
2.5 لتعديل أوامر اخذ الربح و / أو وقف الخسارة المرفقة بمركز مالي مفتوح. سيتعين علي العميل تحديد قيمة اخذ الربح و / أو قيمة وقف الخسارة.	5.2 To modify Take Profit and/or Stop Loss attached to open position, Client should specify Take Profit value and/or Stop Loss value.
3.5 في حال تم قبول تنفيذ أمر وقف فانه لا يمكن تعديله أو إلغاءه.	5.3 In case a stop order has been accepted for execution, it can not be modified or deleted.
4.5 لإلغاء أمر وقف الخسارة واخذ الربح, سيكون من الضروري وضع القيمة السعريه لهذه الأوامر عند الصفر.	5.4 To delete Take Profit and Stop Loss, it is necessary to specify zero price value for these orders.
5.5 في حالة الرغبة في تعديل أو إلغاء أمر من المفترض ان يتم تنفيذه, وأمر من المفترض تعديله أو إلغاءه بعد إنشاء سجل ملائم في ملف سجل المقلم.	5.5 A direction to modify or to delete an order is assumed to be executed, and an ordered is assumed to be modified or deleted after an appropriate record has been made in the server’s log-file.
6. تنفيذ الأوامر	6. Execution of Orders
1.6 يتم وضع أمر شراء الوقف في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر السؤال الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أعلى من مستوى الأمر.	6.1 Buy Stop order will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Ask has become equal or higher than order level.
2.6 يتم وضع أمر بيع الوقف في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر العطاء الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أقل من مستوى الأمر.	6.2 Sell Stop order will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Bid has become lower than order level.
3.6 يتم وضع أمر شراء الحد في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر السؤال الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أقل من مستوى الأمر.	6.3 Buy Limit order will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Ask has become equal or lower than order level.
4.6 يتم وضع أمر بيع الحد في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر العطاء الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أعلى من مستوى الأمر.	6.4 Sell Limit order will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Bid has become equal or higher than order level.

5.6 أمر اخذ الربح المرتبط بمركز لونج مفتوح سيتم وضعه في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر العطاء الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أعلى من مستوى الأمر.	6.5 Take Profit order associated with open long position will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Bid has become equal or higher than order level.
6.6 أمر وقف الخسارة المرتبط بمركز لونج مفتوح سيتم وضعه في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر العطاء الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أقل من مستوى الأمر.	6.6 Stop Loss order associated with open long positions will be enqued for execution in case current quote Bid has become equal or lower than order level.
7.6 أمر اخذ الربح المرتبط بمركز شورت مفتوح سيتم وضعه في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر السؤال الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أقل من مستوى الأمر.	6.7 Take Profit order associated with open short position will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Ask has become equal or lower than order level.
8.6 أمر وقف الخسارة المرتبط بمركز شورت مفتوح سيتم وضعه في قائمة الانتظار للتنفيذ في حال كان سعر السؤال الحالي أصبح مساويا أو أعلى من مستوى الأمر.	6.8 Stop Loss order associated with short position will be enqueued for execution in case current quote Ask has become equal or higher than order level.
9.6 في لحظة تنفيذ أوامر شراء الوقف, بيع الوقف, شراء الحد وبيع الحد, يتم فحص حساب العميل للتحقق من الهامش المتاح. في حال عدم توفر هامش متاح كافي لفتح مركز التداول, سيتم إلغاء الأمر مصحوبا بالتعليق "لا توجد أموال كافية".	6.9 At the moment of execution of Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit and Sell Limit orders, checking of Client’s account for available Free Margin takes place. In case there is not enough Free Margin for position open, the order will be deleted with comment “Not enough money”.
10.6 سيتم تنفيذ أوامر شراء الوقف, بيع الوقف, وقف الخسارة عند مستوى السعر المتوفر في لحظة التنفيذ. أوامر شراء الحد وبيع الحد واخذ الربح سيتم تنفيذها عند سعر الأمر.	6.10 Orders Buy Stop, Sell Stop and Stop Loss will be executed at the price for the moment of order execution. Buy Limit, Sell Limit and Take Profit orders will be executed at the order price.
11.6 يعتبر أمر الوقف منفذا بعد إنشاء سجل ملائم في ملف سجل الخادم.	6.11 Stop order is considered to be executed after an appropriate record in server’s Log-file has been made.
7. الإغلاق الإجباري لمراكز التداول	7. Compulsory Position Close
1.7 يتم إغلاق كافة المراكز المفتوحة إجباريا دون أي إخطار أولي وبموافقة العميل في حال أصبح مستوى الهامش في حساب تداول العميل مساويا أو اقل من مستوى تسييل الصفقات (Stop Out).	7.1 All open positions will be compulsory closed without any preliminary notification and Client’s agreement in case Margin Level in Client’s trading account has become equal or lower than Stop Out value.
7. 1. 1 بالنسبة لحسابات Fix-Cent و Pro-Cent, فان قيمة الـ Stop Out تساوي 10%؛	7.1.1 For Fix-Cent and Pro-Cent accounts, Stop Out value makes 10 %;

2.7 يتم الإغلاق الإجباري للمراكز المالية المفتوحة وفق نظام ألي ويتبعه سجل ملائم في ملف سجل الخادم.	7.2. Compulsory close of positions takes place in automatic regime and is followed by an appropriate record in server’s log-file.
3.7 في بعض الحالات يتم إغلاق مراكز التداول إجباريا بعد إرسال إشعار إلزامي إلى العميل خلال يوم عمل واحد في حال تراجع مستوى الهامش في حساب تداول العميل أسفل قيمة نداء الهامش.	7.3. In some cases, positions can be closed compulsory with obligatory notification of Client within one working day in case Margin Level in Client’s trading account has decreased below Margin Call value.
7. 3. 1 بالنسبة لحسابات Fix-Cent و Pro-Cent, فان قيمة نداء الهامش تساوي 40%؛	7.3.1. For Fix-Cent and Pro-Cent accounts, Margin Call value makes 40 %;
7. 3. 2 بالنسبة لحسابات Fix-Standard و Pro-Standard, فان قيمة نداء الهامش تساوي 50%؛	7.3.2. For Fix-Standard and Pro-Standard accounts, Margin Call value makes 50 %;
7. 3. 3 بالنسبة لحسابات Pro-ECN, فان قيمة نداء الهامش تساوي 60%؛	7.3.3. For Pro-ECN accounts, Margin Call value makes 60 %;
4.7 سيتم إغلاق المركز المالي المفتوح على عقود الفروقات (CFD) إجباريا في اليوم التالي بعد اليوم الأخير من العطاء. يتم تحديد اليوم الأخير من العطاء في مواصفات العقد. يتم تنفيذ الإغلاق عند أخر سعر في اليوم الأخير من العطاء.	7.4 Open position for futures CFD will be compulsory closed next day after the last day of bidding. The last day of bidding is specified in Contract Specification. Close is executed at the last price of the last day of bidding.
8. إيداع / سحب الأموال	8. Deposit/Withdrawal funds
1.8 يمكن للعميل تمويل حساب التداول الخاص به من خلال أنظمة الدفع الموضحة في المنطقة الشخصية.	8.1. The Client can credit its trading account through payment systems accessible from the Personal Area.
2.8 الدفع الفعلي للخدمات يعتبر محققا في اللحظة التي يتم فيها إضافة كافة الأموال ذات الصلة إلى حساب الشركة.	8.2 The actual payment of services is deemed to be the moment when all appropriate funds are credited to the Company’s account.
3.8 يضمن العميل انه سيقوم باستخدام الأموال المحولة وان أصل هذه الأموال التي قام بتحويلها مشروع تماما ولا يتعارض مع أية قوانين أو تنظيمات محلية أو دولية.	8.3 The Client guarantees that it is entitled to use the transferred funds and also that the origination of such funds transferred by it is fully legitimate and is not in any contradiction with the local and/or international regulations.
4.8 في حال تمويل حساب التداول بعملة مختلفة عن عملة الحساب, فانه يتم إضافة هذه الأموال إلى حساب التداول على أساس أسعار الصرف الداخلية التي تعتمدها الشركة.	8.4 In the event the trading account is credited in any currency other than the one in which the trading account is maintained, such funds are to be credited to the trading account on the basis of an internal exchange rate adopted by the Company.
5.8 إذا لم يكون بالإمكان تمويل حساب التداول تلقائيا, فسيتم تعبئة الاستمارة المناسبة خلال 24 ساعة منذ تلقي إشعار العميل بخصوص تمويل حساب التداول.	8.5 If the trading account cannot be credited automatically, the appropriate application will be fulfilled within 24 hours since the client’s notice on crediting the trading account is received.
6.8 في حال تم تمويل حساب التداول من خلال التحويل المباشر للأموال إلى حساب الشركة, فان سيتعين على العميل تقديم إخطار ذات صلة في الحساب الذي قام بتمويله من خلال المنطقة الشخصية.	8.6 In the event the trading account is credited through a direct transfer of funds to account of the Company, the Client should submit a relevant notice on the account being credited by it from its Personal Area.
7.8 يمكن للعميل سحب أمواله إلى أيا من أنظمة الدفع الموضحة في المنطقة الشخصية تحت عنوان "سحب الأموال".	8.7 The Client can remove its funds into any payment systems designated in its Personal Area under the caption "Withdraw funds".
8.8 عندما يتم سحب الأموال من حساب التداول, فان العمولة التي يتقاضاها نظام الدفع يتحملها العميل.	8.8 When the funds are removed from the trading account, the commission charged by the payment system is to be paid by the Client.
9.8 إذا لم يقوم حساب التداول بتنفيذ حجم كافي من الصفقات, فان الأموال يمكن سحبها فقط عبر نظام الدفع التي جرى استخدامه في إيداعها بحساب التداول. مقدار الحجم الكافي من الصفقات يجرى تحديده من قبل الشركة وفق تقديرها الخاص.	8.9 If the trading account does not embrace a sufficient trade volume, the funds can be removed only into such payment system that was used for crediting the trading account. The quantum of a sufficient trade volume is established by the Company at its own discretion.
10.8 يتحمل العميل المسئولية الكاملة عن كفاية ودقة جميع المعلومات الواردة في طلبه لسحب الأموال.	8.10 The Client bears full responsibility for the adequacy of all the information set out in its application for the removal of funds.
11.8 يتم انجاز سحب الأموال من حساب العميل خلال 2 يوم عمل من وقت تأكيد طلب سحب هذه الأموال في المنطقة الشخصية.	8.11 The removal of funds from the Client’s account is accomplished within 2 business days from the time a relevant application for the removal of such funds has been confirmed in the Personal Area.
12.8 تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في خصم مبلغ من حساب العميل كتعويض, في حال لم يتم تنفيذ حجم كافي من الصفقات في الحساب أو تم استخدام الحساب لغرض نقل الأموال من احد أنظمة الدفع إلى نظام آخر. مقدار الحجم الكافي من الصفقات يتم تحديده من قبل الشركة وفق تقديرها الخاص.	8.12 The Company reserves the right to deduct from the account an amount paid to the Client in compensation, if the account does not embrace a sufficient trade volume or the account is used for the purpose of converting funds from one payment system into another. The quantum of a sufficient trade volume is established by the Company at its own discretion.

13.8 الأموال المودعة عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة أو بطاقة الائتمان, لا يمكن سحبها إلا عند اكتمال تحقق المشروعية من قبل المشغل, والتي لن تكون بأي حال من الأحوال قبل 30 يوم من تاريخ إيداع هذه الأموال. سحب الأموال المودعة عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة يمكن أن يتم تأجيله ما يصل إلى 5 أشهر, إذا كان قد تم تعليق هذه المدفوعات التي جرى إيداعها عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة في وضع #hold#  ولم يتبعها إيداع أموال.	8.13 The funds credited through SMS or Credit Card use, can be removed only upon completion of a legality check by the operator, not any earlier than within 30 days after the crediting of such funds. The removal of funds credited through SMS can be delayed for a time of up to 5 months, if such SMS payments have been suspended as in #hold# mode, and they have not been followed by the crediting of funds.
14.8 في حالة وجود ظروف القوة القاهرة, (مثل توقف نظام الدفع وما إلى ذلك), يمكن للشركة رفض سحب هذه الأموال إلى نظام دفع آخر للعميل, برغم ذلك سيكون العميل قادرا على سحب نفس الأموال إلى أي نظام دفع آخر موضح في المنطقة الشخصية تحت عنوان "سحب الأموال"	8.14 In the event of Force Majeure circumstances, (such as a payment system stoppage etc.), the Company can refuse to remove the funds into another payment system for the Client, however the Client will be able to remove the same funds into any other payment system designated in the Personal Area under the caption "Withdraw funds".
15.8 تتعهد الشركة باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات والوسائل اللازمة لمنع أية عمليات غير مشروعة ومكافحة غسيل الأموال من خلال توظيف موارد الشركة.	8.15 The Company undertakes to take any and all expedient actions to preclude any illegal financial operations and money laundering with the employment of the Company’s resources.
9. تسوية المنازعات	9. Adjustment of Disputes
1.9 يمكن للعميل تمويل حساب تداوله من خلال أنظمة الدفع الموضحة في المنطقة الشخصية.	9.1. The Client can credit its trading account through payment systems accessible from the Personal Area.
2.9 كي يتم رفع مطالبة, يتعين على العميل تعبئة نموذج خاص "رفع مطالبة"  في المنطقة الشخصية. سيتم إنشاء تذكرة خاصة بهذه المطالبة. كافة الطلبات التي يجرى إصدارها أو رفعها بأي طريقة أخرى لن تكون مقبولة كوسيلة للإثبات.	9.2 In order to raise a claim, Client should fill special form “Raise Claim” in Personal Area. A ticket will be assigned to the claim. Any claims issued and raised by any other mean will not be receivable in evidence.
3.9 عندما يتم تعبئة نموذج المطالبة, يتعين على العميل تحديد ما يلي:	9.3 When filling a claim form, Client should specify the following:
9. 3. 1  اسم العميل أو اسم المؤسسة ( إذا كان قد تم فتح حساب التداول عن طريق كيان قانوني)؛	9.3.1 Client’s name or institution’s name (if a trading account was opened by a legal entity);
9. 3. 2 بيانات دخول العميل إلى منصة التداول؛	9.3.2 Client’s login in trading platform;
9. 3. 3 أرقام الأوامر محل النزاع؛	9.3.3 Numbers of disputable orders;
9. 3. 4 وصف الموقف الخلافي مع الإشارة إلى بنود هذه الاتفاقية التنظيمية, والتي وفقا لتقدير العميل, تم انتهاكها.	9.3.4 Description of disputable situation with references to this Regulation’s articles, which,in Client’s judgment, were violated.
4.9 يجب ألا تحتوي مطالبة العميل على أية كلمات غير لائقة أو مفردات فظة.	9.4 Claim should not contain offensive words or unprintable vocabulary.

5.9 لن يتم قبول المطالبة في الحالات التالية:	9.5 Claim will not be receivable in evidence in the following cases:
9. 5. 1 لم يتم الالتزام بالمتطلبات الواردة في البندين 3.9 أو 4.9؛	9.5.1 Provided that the requirements of items 9.3 or 9.4 are broken;
9. 5. 2 نصت على مرور أكثر من 2 يوم عمل على السبب الذي نشأت على أساسه المطالبة؛	9.5.2 Provided that more than 2 working days have passed after the reasons for claim appeared;
9. 5. 3 نصت على ان سبب رفع المطالبة هو وجود فرق بين عروض أسعار الشركة وبعض الشركات أو المصادر المعلوماتية الأخرى.	9.5.3 Provided that a difference in quotations of the Company and of some other companies or informational resources makes a reason for claim raise.
9. 5. 4 نصت على أن سبب نشوء المطالبة هو ضعف أو غياب الاتصال من جانب العميل أو الخادم. في هذه الحالة, لا يتم إنشاء ملف سجل للخادم بخصوص محاولة العميل لفتح مركز تداول, وبالتالي يعتبر وكأن العميل لن يقم بوضع أمر من أساسه.	9.5.4 Provided that poor connection or its absence taken place at the Client’s side or server makes a reason for claim raise. At that, in case there is no record in the server’s log-file about Client’s attempt to place an order, it is considered that Client did not place the order.
6.9 سيتم إصدار القرار بخصوص المطالبة استنادا إلى المعلومات التي يجرى الحصول عليها من ملف سجل الخام.	9.6 Decision upon a claim will be issued based on the information received from server’s logfile.

السؤال – السعر الذي يدفعه العميل عند الشراء.	Ask – price Client pays when buying.
العطاء – السعر الذي يدفعه العميل عند البيع.	Bid – price Client pays when selling.
الرصيد – إجمالي نتيجة كافة الصفقات المكتملة المنتهية فضلا عن عمليات إيداع وسحب الأصول في حساب التداول.	Balance – total financial result of all complete finished transactions and operations of depositing/withdrawing assets in transaction account.
مركز الشراء (اللونج) – هو المركز الذي يتم فتحه استنادا إلى توقع العميل زيادة سعر الصك المالي.	Long position (Long) - position opened by Client in anticipation of instrument price increase.
مركز البيع (الشورت) – المركز الذي يتم فتحه استنادا إلى توقع العميل تراجع سعر الصك المالي.	Short position (Short) - position opened by Client in anticipation of instrument price decrease.
التنفيذ الفوري – عند تنفيذ أمر التداول وفق نظام التنفيذ الفوري, فان الشركة تتحمل مسئولية إما تنفيذه عند السعر الوارد في أمر التداول (بمعني استخدام السعر المعروض في النافذة لحظة قيام العميل بالضغط على زر"شراء" أو "بيع"), أو عدم تنفيذه على الإطلاق (بمعني اقتراح سعر جديد أو إلغاء تنفيذ أمر التداول).	Instant Execution – The Company, when executing an order in Instant Execution regime, takes responsibility either for executing it at the price, which was quoted in the order (i.e.,using the price, which was displayed on the plot at the moment you pushed button “Buy” or “Sell”), or for not executing it at all (i.e. proposing a new price or denying execution of the order).
تنفيذ السوق – يفترض هذا النظام أن أمر التداول سيتم تنفيذه ليس باستخدام السعر المعروض في الشاشة, ولكن باستخدام السعر المتواجد في السوق لحظة تنفيذ الأمر. هذا السعر يمكن أن يكون أفضل أو أسوأ من السعر المعروض في النافذة عند الضغط على زر "شراء" أو "بيع".	Market Execution – this regime assumes that your order will be executed using not a price you see on a screen, but a price which exists at the market at the moment of order execution. This price can be either better or worse than the one you saw at the plot when pushing button “Buy” or “Sell”.
الهامش المتاح – هو السهم المتاح في حساب التداول, والذي يمكن استخدامه في فتح مركز مالي جديد.	Free Margin – free equity in transaction account, which can be used to open a new position.
الهامش المتاح = السهم – الهامش.	Free Margin = Equity – Margin.
السهم – القيمة الحالية للأصول والتي يمكن تحديدها باستخدام المعادلة: السهم = الرصيد + الربح العائم – الخسارة العائمة.	Equity – current value of assets, which can be determined using the formula: Equity = Balance + Floating Profit - Floating Loss.
مستوى الهامش – هو معدل السهم إلى الهامش معبر عنها في شكل نسبة مئوية بمعني مستوى الهامش يساوي (السهم / الهامش) × 100.	Margin Level – ratio of Equity and Margin presented in percent, i.e., Margin Level = (Equity/Margin)*100.
الربح العائم – الربح غير المسجل الذي تحققه المراكز المفتوحة وفق معدلات الصرف الحالية.	Floating Profit – unrecorded profit at open positions under the current rate values.
الخسارة العائمة – الخسارة غير المسجلة التي تحققها المراكز المفتوحة وفق أسعار الصرف الحالية.	Floating Loss – unrecorded loss at open positions under the current rate values.
الصفقة المنتهية المكتملة – هي الصفقة التي تتكون من اثنين من المعاملات المعاكسة ذات الصلة بحجم تداول مشابه.	Complete finished transaction – transaction, which consists of two opposite related transactions of similar volume.
الهامش – تأمين الأموال لدعم المراكز المفتوحة.	Margin - cash security to support open positions.
الرافعة المالية – هي النسبة بين مبلغ الهامش و مبلغ الصفقة. الرافعة المالية 1:100 تعني انه كي تتمكن من القيام بصفقة, سيكون من الضروري أن تمتلك في رصيد حسابك مبلغ يقل 100 مرة عن مبلغ الصفقة.	Leverage – ratio of margin amount and amount of transaction. Leverage 1:100 means that in order to make a transaction, it is necessary to have in your account an amount that is 100 times less than the amount of transaction.
محطة العميل – هي برنامج يستخدم من قبل العميل لتوجيه الأوامر للقيام بالصفقات.	Client’s terminal – software facility used by Client to direct orders to make transactions.

ملف سجل الخادم - هو ملف يتم إنشائه بواسطة خادم الصفقات, والذي يقوم بتسجيل كافة الأوامر ونتائج تنفيذها.	Server log-file – file created by transaction server, which records all incoming Client’s orders and the results of their execution.
مستوى الفجوة – هو معيار لتفعيل نظام الفجوة. في حال كانت فجوة السعر مساوية أو تتجاوز "مستوى الفجوة", يتم تفعيل نظام الفجوة.	Gap level – criterion of Gap regime activation. In case price gap is equal or exceeds “gap level”, gap regime is activated.
عرض الأسعار- سعر الصك المالي في شكل سعر السؤال أو العطاء.	Quotation – instrument price figured in Ask or Bid price.
السعر غير السوقي – هو عرض السعر الذي يستوفي المتطلبات التالية: وجود فجوة سعرية كبيرة وعودة سريعة للسعر إلى المستوى السابق.	Non-market quotation – quotation, which satisfies the following conditions: existence of serious price gap and fast return of the price to the precedent level
تسيل الصفقة (Stop Out) – هو أمر لإغلاق مركز التداول إجباريا يتم توليده بواسطة الخادم.	Stop Out – order to compulsory position close generated by server.
أمر الوقف – هو أمر لفتح أو إغلاق مركز مالي في المستقبل عند سعر محدد سلفا. يستخدم الأمر في فتح الصفقات في حالة التكافؤ بين السعر المستقبلي والمستوى المحدد.	Stop order – order to open or to close position in the future at specified price. This order is used to open transaction positions at the condition of parity of future quotation and specified level.
مواصفات العقد – هي عبارة عن شروط العقد (حجم العقد, الاسبريد, الهامش المبدئي, مستوى الوقف والحد, مستوى الفجوة, الخ) لكل صك مالي.	Contract specification – transaction terms (contract size, spread, initial margin, Limit & Stop Level, Gap level, etc,) for each instrument.
عمولة التبييت (Swap) – هو مبلغ يتم تقاضيه مقابل نقل المركز المالي المفتوح إلى اليوم التالي. يمكن أن يكون موجبا أو سالبا. في يوم الأربعاء إلى ليلة الخميس, يتم تقاضي ثلاثة أضعاف الرسوم المعتادة.	Swap – charge for transferring open position to the next day. It can be positive and negative. In the Wednesday to Thursday night, the charge is threefold.
الاسبريد – هو الفرق بين أسعار السؤال والعطاء معبر عنها في شكل نقاط.	Spread – difference between Ask and Bid quotation figured in points.
فجوة السعر (الفجوة) – نطاق السعر الذي لم تتوفر فيه عروض أسعار.	Price gap (Gap) – price range, within which there was no quotations.
الاتجاه – اتجاه العميل لفتح مركز مالي, لإغلاق مركز مالي, لوضع أمر وقف, لتعديل أو إلغاء أمر الوقف.	Direction– direction of Client to open position, to close position, to place stop order, to modify or to delete stop order.
حساب التداول – هو حساب خاص بالعميل يتم فتحه لدى خادم الشركة لتنفيذ اتفاقية العميل, شروط العمل والإفصاح عن المخاطرة.	Trading account – special Client’s account opened at the Company’s server to execute Client Agreement, Terms of Business and Risk Disclosure.
مقدار الصفقة – هو حاصل ضرب عدد العقود في حجم العقد.	Amount of transaction – product of number of lots and lot volume.
مستويات الوقف والحد – هو الحد الأدنى في شكل نقاط للمسافة بين مستوى أمر الوقف الموضوع والسعر الحالي.	Limit & Stop Levels – minimal distance in points from the level of placed stop order and the current price.

Affiliate program is a kind of cooperation between the RoboForex Company and our partners. The program allows us to get new clients, and our partners to receive an additional profit by attracting them.

كيف تصبح Agent	How to become an Agent
كل ما تحتاجه كي تصبح وكيل أو Agent هو فتح حساب أفلييت. يمكنك القيام بذلك بطريقتين مختلفتين.	All you need to do to become an Agent is to open an affiliate account. This can be done in two different ways.
الطريقة الأولي: إذا كنت قد سجلت من قبل حساب حقيقي لدى روبوفوركس, سيتعين عليك تسجيل الدخول واتباع التعليمات التالية.	THE FIRST ONE:if you have already registered RoboForex Live Account, you have to login and follow the instructions.
اختر "فتح حساب أفلييت" من قسم "الشريك".	1.       Choose “Open an affiliate account” from “Partner” section.
اقرأ "اتفاقية الشريك" بكل عناية. إذا وافقت عليها, اضغط على "التسجيل كشريك".	2.       Read “Partner Agreement” carefully. If you agree to it, click on “Register as a Partner”.
بعد إكمال عملية التسجيل, سيتم تزويدك بوضع الأفلييت "Agent", متضمنا اثنين من حسابات الأفلييت (Fix-Cent و Pro-Cent) للحصول على عمولة الأفلييت, فضلا عن كلمات السر لهذه الحسابات (والتي يمكنك تغييرها لاحقا إذا رغبت في ذلك), ورمز تعريف خاص بك ستستخدمه في اجتذاب العملاء الجدد.	3.       After registration is complete, you will be provided with “Agent” affiliate status, two affiliate accounts (Fix-Cent and Pro-Cent) for affiliate commission, passwords for these accounts (you can change them by yourself if you’d like), and a unique identification code used to attract new clients.
الطريقة الثانية: إذا لم تكن قد سجلت من قبل حساب حقيقي لدى روبوفوركس, يمكنك الذهاب إلى https://my.roboforex.ru/ru/register-partner/  وإتباع التعليمات.	THE SECOND ONE: if you haven’t registered RoboForex Live Account yet, go to https://my.roboforex.ru/ru/register-partner/ and follow the instruction.

بعد إكمال عملية التسجيل, سيتم تزويدك بوضع الأفلييت "Agent" بالإضافة إلى:	4.       After registration is complete, you will be provided with “Agent” affiliate status and:
بيانات الدخول إلى حسابك الحقيقي؛	·         credentials to enter your Live Account;
اثنين من حسابات الأفلييت (Fix-Cent و Pro-Cent) لتلقي العمولة؛	·         two affiliate accounts (Fix-Cent and Pro-Cent) for affiliate commission;
كلمات السر لهذه الحسابات (يمكنك تغييرها لاحقا إذا رغبت في ذلك)؛	·         passwords for these accounts (you can change them by yourself if you’d like);
رمز تعريف خاص لاستخدامه في اجتذاب العملاء الجدد.	·         aunique identification code used to attract new clients.
ستتلقى رسالة بريد الكتروني تتضمن إشعارا حول نجاح عملية التسجيل بالإضافة إلى بيانات الدخول إلى حسابات الأفلييت الخاصة بك فضلا عن الحساب الحقيقي.	5.       You will receive an e-mail with the notification about successful registration and credentials to access your affiliate accounts and Live Account.
كيف تصبح Webmaster	How to become a Webmaster
الخطوة الأولي لكي تصبح Webmaster هو التسجيل كوكيل أو Agent.	The first step in becoming a Webmaster is to register as an Agent.
كي تتلقي وضع الأفلييت "Webmaster" ستحتاج إلى:	To receive “Webmaster” affiliate status you need to:
ان يكون لديك موقع ويب عليه حركة زوار جيدة من قبل المستخدمين ومخصص للأسواق المالية؛	·         to have your website, which is often visited by users and dedicated to financial markets;
إضافة بانر أو رابط لشركتنا بصيغة HTML على إحدى صفحات موقعك؛	·         add a banner or a link to our Company’s website into HTML-code of one of your pages;
اجتياز عملية التحقق لموقعك من قبل نظامنا.	·         verify your website in our system.
يعني وضع "تم التحقق منه" لموقعك أن تقوم بوضع روابط مباشرة (دون كود أفلييت, على سبيل المثال, roboforex.ru) عليه. هذه الروابط المباشرة سيكون لها نفس تأثير روابط الإحالة, بمعني أن العملاء الذين تم توجيههم إلى موقع الشركة وقاموا بفتح حسابات تداول, سيتم اعتبارهم عملاء تم إحالتهم من طرفك.	“Verified” status of your website means that you can place direct links (without an affiliate code, for example, roboforex.ru) on it. These direct links have the same effect as the referral ones, i.e. the clients, who were redirected to the Company’s website and opened trading accounts, are considered to be attracted by you.

اذهب إلى صفحة "مواقعي" في حسابك الحقيقي.	1.       Go to “Your Websites” page of your Live Account.
ستجد على هذه الصفحة رابط الأفلييت الخاص بك, والذي يمكن وضعه في صيغة HTML على إحدى صفحات موقعك. قم بوضع الرابط (https://my.roboforex.ru/ru/partner-account/referral-links/) أو البنرات (https://my.roboforex.ru/ru/partner-account/advertising/)  على إحدى صفحات موقعك, وقم بتحديد الرابط في الخانة المقابلة, ثم اضغط على "إضافة".	2.       On this page, you can find your unique affiliate link, which is to be placed into HTML-code of one of the pages of your website. Place the link (https://my.roboforex.ru/ru/partner-account/referral-links/) or the banner (https://my.roboforex.ru/ru/partner-account/advertising/) on one of the pages of your website, specify the URL in the corresponding field, and then click on “Add”.
سيظهر موقعك في جدول الروابط المضافة, حيث سيعرض تحت وضع "جديد".	3.       Your website will appear in the table with added URLs, its status will be displayed as “New”.
بعد إكمال عملية التحقق والتي يمكن أن تستغرق 2 يوم عمل, فان وضع موقع الويب الخاص بك سيتغير إلى "تم التحقق منه" بينما ستحصل على مستوى “Start”  من برنامج الأفلييت "Webmaster".	4.       After a successful moderation, which can take up to 2 working days, the status of your web resource will be changed to “Verified” and you will be granted “Start” level of “Webmaster” affiliate program.
يرجي ملاحظة انه وفقا للبند 3.9 من اتفاقية الشريك (https://my.roboforex.ru/files/document/partner_agreement_ru_.pdf) , فان رابط الإحالة للبانر يجب أن يظل موجودا على موقعك بشكل دائم. إذا اكتشف النظام لاحقا عند التحقق من الموقع المضاف أن هذا الموقع لا يحتوى على أية روابط أو بانرات, فسيتم إخطارك انه سيتعين عليك خلال 72 ساعة إعادة وضع هذه الروابط مجددا على موقعك, وإلا فان موقعك سيفقد وضعية "تم التحقق منه" كما سيتم تخفيض مستوى برنامج الأفلييت الخاص بك تلقائيا إلى "Agent".	5.       Please, note: according to the article 3.9 of the Partner Agreement (https://my.roboforex.ru/files/document/partner_agreement_ru_.pdf), referral link of banner must be on your verified web resource permanently. If while checking the website you added, the system finds out that it doesn't contain any links or banners, you will be notified that you have 72 hours to place them back on the website. Otherwise, the website will lose its “Verified” status and the level of your affiliate program will be automatically demotedto “Agent”.
كيفية ترقية مستواك في برنامج الأفلييت "Webmaster"	How to promote the level of your “Webmaster” affiliate program
يتضمن برنامج الأفلييت "Webmaster" ثلاثة مستويات هي, “Start” و “Expert” و“VIP” . تختلف هذه المستويات في معدل العمولة وهى تتوقف بشكل رئيسي على إحصائيات الأفلييت الخاصة بك, بمعني عدد العملاء الذين قمت باجتذابهم واحجام التداولات التي قاموا بتنفيذها.	“Webmaster” affiliate program includes three levels, “Start”, “Expert”, and “VIP”. They differ in affiliate commission rate and depend on your affiliate statistics, i.e. the number of the clients you attracted and their trading volume.
المستوى الأول هو “Start”. يتم تزويدك بهذا المستوى تلقائيا بعد اجتياز عملية التحقق من موقعك. لا توجد متطلبات خاصة لإحصائيات الأفلييت في هذا المستوى.	The first level is “Start”. You are provided with it automatically after verification of your website. The are no particular requirements for affiliate statistics.
لترقية مستوى برنامج الأفلييت الخاص بك إلى -“Expert”, فان أرقامك يجب ان تكون على النحو التالي:	In order to promote the level of your affiliate program to “Expert”, your numbers must be the following:
عدد العملاء الذين قمت باجتذابهم يزيد عن 20.	1.       The number of attracted clients is more than 20.
إجمالي حجم تداولات العملاء يزيد عن 100 عقد في الشهر.	2.       Their total trading volume is more than 100 lots a month.
"العميل النشط" هو العميل الذي تم تضمينه في مجموعة الشريك وتلقي هذا الشريك عمولة عنه خلال آخر 30 يوم.	“Active Client” is a client, who is included in the Partner’s partner group, and the Partner received a commission for him over the last 30 days.

رمز الأفلييت (Agent ID). سيتعين على العميل الذي قمت باجتذابه أن يقوم بتحديد هذا الكود في خانة "كود الأفلييت" عندما يقوم بالتسجيل لفتح حساب تداول. يمكنك الحصول على معرف الوكيل الخاص بك في قسم معلومات الحساب في الجانب الأيمن من حسابك الحقيقي.	Affiliate code (Agent ID). The client you attracted has to specify this code in “Affiliate Code” field when he registers a trading account. بعد التسجيل كشريك, سيتم تزويدك بحسابي أفلييت, Pro-Cent و Fix-Cent, لتلقي عمولة الأفلييت.	After registering as a Partner, you are provided with two affiliate accounts, Pro-Cent and Fix-Cent,for receiving affiliate commission.
يتم تحويل العمولة استنادا إلى نوع الحساب المستخدم من قبل العميل المجتذب لتنفيذ صفقاته.	The commission is transferred depending on the account type, which is used by attracted client to make transactions.

ما هي نوعية الصفقات التي يتم أخذها في الاعتبار عند حساب عمولة الأفلييت؟	Which type of transactions are taken into account when calculating affiliate commission?
يتلقي الشريك عمولة على كافة الصفقات المنفذة في حسابات ECN-Fix NDD و ECN-Pro NDD . أما بالنسبة لعمولة الصفقات المنفذة على حسابات Fix-Cent و Pro-Cent و Fix-Standard و Pro Standard فإنها تدفع فقط في حال استوفت هذه الصفقات متطلبات الحد الأدنى لنقاط الصفقة (MTP) وهو عبارة عن حد أدنى للفرق بين سعر الفتح والإغلاق. وفى حال كان عدد نقاط الصفقة التي قام بها العميل المجتذب اقل من مؤشر MTP على الصك المتداول, فان الشريك لن يتلقي أي عمولة عن هذه الصفقة. يمكن معرفة قيم MTP لكل أصل متداول في [قسم "عمولة الوسيط المعرف" -  http://www.roboforex.ru/partnership/partner-commission-all/]	Partner receives the commission for all transactions made on ECN-Fix NDD and ECN-Pro NDD accounts. The commission for transactions made on Fix-Cent, Pro-Cent, Fix-Standard, and Pro Standard accounts is paid only if those transactions meet the requirements of Min Trade Points (MTP), which is the minimum difference between the opening and closing prices. In case if a transaction made by an attracted client is less (in pips) than the MTP indicator for the trading instrument, Partner will not receive any commission for this transaction. نظام عمولة الأفلييت متعدد المستويات يتكون من خمس مستويات. يتضمن المستوى الأول العمولة المدفوعة على العملاء, والمتواجدين مباشرة في مجموعة الشريك. المستويات 2 و3 و4 و 5 تتضمن العمولة المدفوعة عن العملاء المتواجدين في مجموعات الشركاء الفرعيين, بمعني الشركاء المتواجدون في مجموعة الشريك الرئيسي. على سبيل المثال, إذا قمت باجتذاب احد العملاء وتحول هذا العميل إلى شريك جديد, فان هذا الشخص سيعتبر عميلك من المستوى الأول, بينما العملاء الذين يقوم باجتذابهم سيتم وضعهم في المستوى الثاني.	Multi-level affiliate commission system consists of 5 levels.  Level 1 includes the commission paid for the clients, who are directly in your partner group. Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 include the commission paid for the clients, who are in the sub-partners’ groups, i.e. those partners, who are in the senior partner’s group. For example, if you attracted a client and later this client became a Partner, this client will be considered as your client of the 1st level, and the clients he attracted will be considered your clients of the 2nd level.

بتسجيلك كشريك لدى شركة روبوفوركس, فأنت تؤكد موافقتك على كافة شروط وأحكام الاتفاقية.	By registering as a Partner of the RoboForex Company, you confirm that you agree to all terms and conditions of the Agreement.

لا يمكن للشريك والعميل أن يقوما باستخدام نفس جهاز الحاسب أو عنوان الـ IP للدخول إلى الحساب الحقيقي أو محطة التداول. علاوة على ذلك, لن يكون مسموحا, ولو على سبيل المصادفة, أن تتطابق البيانات الشخصية للشريك والعميل, مثل تفاصيل جواز السفر, أرقام الهاتف. عناوين البريد الالكتروني, تفاصيل الدفع.	·         The Partner and his client can not use the same PC or IP-address to enter Live Account or trading terminal. Moreover, no coincidences of the Partner’s and his client’s personal details, such as passport details, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment details, are allowed.
ليس للشريك الحق في استخدام كلمة "روبوفوركس" وما يشابهها من مرادفات عبر أنظمة SEA (الإعلان عبر محركات البحث).	·         The Partner has no right to use the word “RoboForex” and different spelling variants in the SEA (Search Engine Advertising) systems.
ليس للشريك الحق في استخدام أنظمة البريد الالكتروني غير المرغوب (الاسبام) لاجتذاب عملاء جدد.	·         The Partner has no right to use spam mailing to attract new clients.
ليس للشريك الحق في تزوير أية معلومات حول الخدمات المقدمة, فضلا عن حجب أية معلومات متعلقة بخدمات الشركة وبيان تحذير المخاطرة عن العملاء.	·         The Partner is not allowed to falsify information about provided services on purpose, as well as withhold information about the Company’s services and risk disclosure from clients.
ليس للشريك الحق في استخدام أي نوع من الإعلانات التي قد تضر بالصورة الايجابية للعلامة التجارية لشركة روبوفوركس.	·         The Partner has no right no use any type of advertisement that can ruin the positive brand image of the RoboForex Company.
ليس للشريك الحق في استخدام أي نوع من أنواع التوجيه القسري للمستخدمين إلى المواقع الرسمية للشركة.	·         The Partner has no right to use any types of forced redirection of users to the Company’s official websites.
يرجي ملاحظة: وفقا لأحكام وشروط اتفاقية الشريك, من غير المسموح به تغيير مجموعة الشريك لحسابات التداول. ومع ذلك, فان لكل عميل فرصة فتح حساب تداول جديد في الحساب الحقيقي وتحديد معرف الوكيل لشريك آخر. في هذه الحالة, فان هذا الحساب الجديد سيتم تضمينه في مجموعة الشريك, الذي تم تحديد معرف الوكيل الخاص به.	Please, note: according to the terms and conditions of the Partner Agreement, it is not allowed to change the partner group of trading accounts. However, any client has an opportunity to open a new trading account in Live Account and specify Agent ID of another partner. In this case, this new account will be included into the group of the partner, whose Agent ID was specified.
